But my point with No-one seems to be mentioning very loudly that Scottish MPs at Westminster don't have seats at Holyrood and don't get to vote on devolved Scottish issues either was that everyone (as has happened in this very debate) assumes Scottish MPs and MSPs are the same thing, and they're not. Maybe that is because we are English, and so don't pay attention, and everyone in Scotland has it sussed. Surely it just leads to great confusion as to who is responsible for what? From that point of view it would be better just to have MPs who do everything. I don't know what the reasoning was that lead to the Scottish Exec not just being the Scottish MPs...
Excellent point, and I, for one, will be attempting to mention it more.
