The more I think about that, the more I can't see how it can have happened. Surely the people who voted in Scotland would have been Scottish-exec people, and the people who voted in England would have been Westminter MPs, so you wouldn't get one MP in both votes? I mean, it'd be possible at a party level maybe, but not at an individual level.

Many of the MSPs elected in 1999 were MPs who remained so until the 2001 election. Not sure if those are the actual times in question, though.
